Advocacy Bootcamps

Learn to become your own best advocate. Practical skills, powerful tools, and a community of fellow advocates.

What Are Advocacy Bootcamps?

The DLT Advocacy Bootcamp is an intensive training program designed to transform people with Parkinson's - and their care partners - into skilled, confident self-advocates.

You'll learn how to navigate the healthcare system, communicate effectively with your medical team, access resources, understand your rights, and advocate for policy change at the community and national level.

Bootcamps are led by Bryce Perry, who has spent years studying and practicing advocacy in the Parkinson's space. The curriculum is constantly updated to reflect the current healthcare landscape.

Meet Bryce Perry

Bryce Perry is a Parkinson's advocate who has spent years studying the art and science of patient self-advocacy. After his own diagnosis, he navigated the healthcare system, fought for access to the best care, and turned those hard-won lessons into a curriculum that has transformed hundreds of lives.

He brings warmth, humor, and hard-won experience to every session. This isn't a lecture - it's a conversation between people who have been there and know what it takes to advocate effectively.

Bryce also speaks nationally on advocacy topics. Learn more at bryceperry.org.
