Exercise-based interventions can significantly improve physical function and overall quality of life. Box Steady is a program that combines non-contact boxing with functional fitness drills specifically designed to assist with daily living activities. Our kinesthetic-tactile approach fosters self-confidence and promotes effective movement. The program focuses on developing muscle strength and endurance while enhancing flexibility, balance, dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and cognitive flexibility. The exercises are crafted to stimulate the fighter instinct and address the symptoms of TRAP: tremor, rigidity, akinesia, and postural instability.
