Led by art therapist Emily Wells of Here & Now Mental Wellness, participants will be guided through a virtual painting activity and have the opportunity to share reflections with others. The program is free to attend, with donations appreciated to support our mission. This session explores how holistic approaches can support people living with Parkinson’s disease by addressing the connection between mind, mood, stress, and symptoms.
